Question About Honeywell Thermostat t6575b1003
My condo thermostat is showing a room temperature ...

My condo thermostat is showing a room temperature of 73F which is quite warm. I do not have the heat set this high and it's set at 70F. I did notice that the fan comes on and blows cool air (shows a snowflake icon) when this happens. Can you tell me what's wrong or how can i set the temperature to not go above 73?
