my apartment is very cold and i cant figure out how to turn the heat on. ive gone through alll the settings as far as i can tell. i managed to get it tobe set for 72 instead of 65 but it only kicks on for a few seconds then shuts off and it's still cold in heere. sometimes it looks like it's saying it's a lot warmer than it actually is too. mostly i just want a manual but i cant find a matching model number
