Question About Honeywell Thermostat CT3600
My AC unit will not go on. The only thing that is...

My AC unit will not go on. The only thing that is out of the norm is that the thermostat is flashing "filter", however I have changed the filter and its not registering on the digital thermostate. I have a feeling this is why the unit wont turn on but nothing I have pressed is fixing the problem.
