Hi, I have a Honeywell RTH6400B Thermostat. It is installed and working. It didn’t come with the quick reference card. The card in the box says do not return to store (?). I went back to Home Depot and they told me that Honeywell didn’t ship any quick reference card with this model thermostat. Home Depot said that the card is missing with all units and taht Honeywell is not send the disk with units that are should have a CD. I call your support line and it hung up on me. The help line is closed today, Sunday. What should I do if I can’t take it back per your instructions, and I can’t get help from your phone line. Should I bring this to the attention of the better business bureau and the Minnesota State Attorney General. L. Brost
