I have had a round digital non programamble thermostat for a little over a year. It now is not reliable in turning on heat when the temp dids below the set minimum. It is set at 67 F with the switches on top set to auto and heat. The temp this morning was 62 F. There is a tear drop on the left side of the display. Otherwise it works. Manual setting will provide heat.
