Question About Honeywell Thermostat CT3200A1001 9510
I need help finding a manual......

This thermostat is hooked up for a boiler heat, and just doesn't seem to be working properly. I am in need of a manual to make sure the landlord has hooked it up and set it properly. Any help would be appreciated, as winter is setting in quickly!
