I have a Trane Baystat 305 Thermostat. I just got a Honeywell T8511G1021 Thermostat from my wife's grandmother that she had replaced. It worked just fine when she had it removed. I hooked up the wires according to how they were on the Trane thermostat. R to R, Y to Y1, W to W1, and G to G. But I'm not getting any power to the unit. There are many connectors on the honeywell but few on the trane. What am I doing wrong?
