I have a Honeywell Chronotherm III model T8600C/T8...

I have a Honeywell Chronotherm III model T8600C/T8601/T8603. The Energy Saving Light & the System Light keep blinking & clicking. The Monitor say AC (alternate current). We replaced the batteries twice. We also reprogrammed it. Any ideas what we can do? The furnace keeps going off & on. It is very, very cold here today. Thank you
