I HAVE A DISCONTINUED HONEYWELL BATTERY OPERATED CHRONOTHERM THERMOSTAT. I GET HEAT WHEN SET AT 63 AND IT IS 66 IN ROOM. CAN SOME ONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT ARE THE NUMBERS INSIDE WHICH CAN BE ADJUSTED WHICH GO FROM .10 TO .60? I AM AT MY WITS END!
