Question About Honeywell Thermostat TH4110D

I have 4 wires from my old thermostat. I connected the white wire to the W, the yellow wire to the Y, the green wire to the G, and the red wire to the Rc and R cross bridge. I do not get heat when the "heat on" is selected but the fan comes on. Please help.
