I do not understand how to set this unit. I keep switching from heat to cold. fan never turns off. This unit is 1 year old Pro 3000 non-programmable. Installed by HVAC. I have book on how to install but not how to set it. I am elderly. Please send instructions. dispatch_916@yahoo.com
