How to unlock my thermostate...

We do not have the Manual to unlock the thermostate to raise or lower the set points,, or turn the fan on from auto to manual,,

0 I recently aquired a prevenative maintenance at a subway restaurant and the owner wished to have the stat programmed. I tried to re-program it and it went into a lockout. I've yet to program stat. In my opinion I'm going to replace it. It's a shame that the official website doesn't have a solution to this problem.
