Have asked a technician to service our heater this morning (gas operated) and he got it to work when he changed the batteries of the switch. after he left, we switched it off but now we can't seem to get it to work. we can operate the programming but heat does not come out of the ducts. would you help us please? we're unsure what happened then. thanks.
