honeywell TH2110DH1002 - Have a PRO 2000 Horizon...

honeywell TH2110DH1002 - Have a PRO 2000 Horizontal Programmable Thermostat Only on cold mornings set the temp to 73 F. Heat comes on (from 65 F.) then turns off at 70 F. Will not come on until I turn stat off and then back on again. Will repeat every morning. By afternoon it functions normally. What's up?
