HEATING IS COMING ON WHEN ONLY THE WATER IS SWITCHED ON...

WHICH POSISTION SHOULD THE SWITHCH BE IN AS WHEN I PUT THE HOT WATER ON THE RADIATORS COME ON AND I GET NO HOT WATER , I THINK THE POSITIONOF THE SWITCH MAY HAVE MOVED
