Whenever I try and turn the heat on it acts like it is going to work then " -AC " pops up on the screen and stays on the screen for about 30 min, and the heat doesn't come on. So I try again and the same thing happens; still no heat. Can you help? What does " -AC " mean? This has been going on for the past 2 days and it's coldddd. Thanks
