Have Noma thermostat but ZERO info to be found re svc and maintenance. Help. Heat icon is present but room temperature stays well below requested temp. Very concerned. Changed batteries. Have attempted to reset and reprogram but may not be doing it right. Phone number on line answers with 'technical difficulties and not able to process this call'.
