Question About Honeywell Thermostat CT8602C
Fan and AC don't work...

I installed this thermostat last Fall by following the wiring instructions in the box. The heat works fine but the AC does not work, nor does the fan work in the non-auto mode. Is there another way to wire the thermostat?

1 The model number is not CT8602C. I don't know the number, here is a photo.
