I have an old chronotherm programmable thermostat. It's not electronic. No one, including my landlord, seems to know how to set it. Either the clokc doesn't run at all, or it runs EXTREMELY fast (and is hours ahead of real time). How can we set it to run reliably? I

0 You have an old thermostat that should really be replaced. No way to correct the speed of the clock motor. Are you sure it is getting no more than 24 volts? Might want to look into getting a Honeywell VisionPro stat.
