can't connect a replacement new Honeywell thermostat cm61ng to the relay box

0 Thanks have got the manual already I tried the connection code by resetting the relay box to bind holding the button for 15 seconds then release then press for 5 seconds until I get red flash of 0.5 seconds on/off. Then on the thermostat (1 metre away) I pressed temp up temp down and prog 1 all at the same time to wait for INST but nothing happened. I've tried this several times now and the thermostat was set to off before pressing 3 buttons simultaneously.
