Question About Honeywell Thermostat T8011R
baystat239a to honeywell t8011r 1014...

I was wondering how to wire this up correctly, the letters do not match up and dont know what the letters mean for the baystat239a so I can correctly wire up the new t8011r 1014 i have included a pic of what i got.
