after i connected each wires heat is working . fan is working ok. but somehow A/C is not working. i have a 2 thick wires come out of wall. one of thick wire have 2 thin wires ( black & white) and other thick wire have 3 thin wires ( white,black & red) total 5 wires to connect to ports. i may connected wrong or etc.. please help me to correct connect ing to ports to work . its very hot,, i need A/C :(
