Question About Honeywell Smoke Alarm ?
owners manual for smoke detector...

I need manual # 60-0588. I know this is a very old detector but we have not had a battery in it for years. Now when we try to install a new battery the buzzer sounds right away and will not quit.

0 Try cleaning the smoke sensor. It should be right next to the horn. I assume you have model TC89B.
