Question About Honeywell Home Security System VISTA-20P
Disarming Alarm/turning the alarm off...

We have a Vista-15PMT or 20PMT. The alarm was set to stay mode. Someone opened the door and pressed the incorrect buttons-not sure what buttons were pressed? The problem is the alarm is ARMED and flashing ALARM for zones 09 and 11. I have tried to disarm the alarm and pressed my code + off but nothing happens. i can not shut the alarm off. Also it is flashing the FIRE ALARM 95 which means that one of the buttons that was pressed was the manual fire alam. HELP PLEASE

0 we are goign to try to get some sleep. We will look for replies in the morning, cause we need to leave for work if one of you can help us, if nto we can nto leave with out makign the alarm sound again.
