I bought the heater from a discount store ( buy with no return deal) and when I got it home my husband checked it out and found that the heater overheated. The prongs were crooked in the cord where you plug it in and it melted sideways. By the appearance you can tell that it overheated. I looked at the warranty and noticed it had many safety precautions that shouldn't have let this happen. Can you help me with this problem. I really thought this was a good purchase.
