HEATER MAKES NOISE WHERE THE HONEYWELL CONTROL VALVE IS. TO CHANGE WINTER TO SUMMER. IT IS DIRESTLY MOUNTED ON THE VENT. IT ALSO CHANGES IN SOUND WHEN I PUT MY HAND ON IT. IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN HELP ME WITH ? THANK YOU R.MARTIN
