Question About Honeywell Boiler rm7840L1018

i would like to know why lockout inter-lock fault/alarm in this module have no signal or output on the terminal of the alarm? we are experiencing this since we first convert our control fron cleaver brooks to honeywell. Is their any way that i can make separate alarm output for the lockout interlock?
