Question About Homelite Water Pump waterbug p100-1
won't start...

Haven't used for over a year. I put fresh gas, new plug, used choke and did a lot of pulling the starter rope all to no avail. Can't seem to locate my owners manual. How do I clean the carburetor and air filter? (if it has a air filter). What else might I try? I thank you in advance. Bill Childers email: prospector@zianet.com
