I have two of these units and they both shut down after running only 10 minutes or so. This did not happen when they were new, and the one that is a few months older does it more frequently. this can't be a coincidence, there must be something that goes bad or needs service of some kind. i love the feeling of the quartz heat, and would like to buy more of these, but not if i have to thow them away every year. i thought about cleaning the reflective part. i have an infrared themometer and can check the actual temperature.
