Only one tank supplies the water, the other one doesn't let it's water out. The unit also goes off and on for a very short cycle, less than one minute. What do I need to do? I can't find a manual and the "internet library" says it is not yet available on the Holmes site. Does anyone have a number that would put me in touch with a service person. THe 800 phone number did give any help.
