oN THIS UNIT I HAVE NOT MANUAL.ALSO MY PROBLEM IS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE WATER TANK WERE THE TANK SIT INTO AND WATER FILTER INTO THE BASE THIS PART MOVES IS THIS MOVING TO ALLOW THE COLD WATER TO FLOW FASTER FOR MORE STEAM IF SO WHICH WAY DOES THIS ALLOW THE WATER TO FLOW FASTER?
