Question About Holmes Humidifier HM1700
The instructions say to dry the tank with a clean ...

The instructions say to dry the tank with a clean cloth or paper towel. Does this refer to the outside of the tank? I cannot dry the inside of the tank because it only has the cap opening where the water is poured. I cannot remove the top of the tank.
