5 Hi Jbardfield! There are 4 screws holding the grill on that fan but they are incredibly hard to get to and even harder to separate the grill from there and then get it back on afterwards. So what I do with my table fans like that is buy a can of compressed air for about $4 or use an air compressor if you have one and simply blow off the blades through the grill. That should remove most of the debris on the blades to keep you fan blades functioning well. Have a great day!
