How do I turn the Holmes HAWF3095-U temperature ba...

How do I turn the Holmes HAWF3095-U temperature back down? It stays on 81 and then when i push the buttons it blinks on 80 but will not go up or down. I want to drop it down to about 72.

0 I wish I knew the same. I lost the manual and can't figure out the controls even though they look very simple.
