Question About Holmes Electric Heater HFH4717
fan turns on and off repeatedly...

i turn it on and then the fan shuts off after a few seconds and then turns back on etc. i have it on a flat surface. how do i open it to fix it (all the back screws are out and i still cant open it) and how do i fix it and whats wrong with it?
