Question About Hitachi Air Conditioner RAK-80NHA RAC-80NHA

The model no: i have on this aircon is RAK-80NHA (in) RAC-80NHA(out) Serial no: 04B348791. The heating was working this morning and when I went to turn it on this afternoon the air is cold. Can anyone maybe tell what could be wrong.
