Hello, my above split system was turned on for the first time this year and it gave us cold air to 22 deg. but the next night when we turned it on we had neither cold nor heat. I have been told to clean the filters but I don't know how to remove the front cover. I have tried removing the 2 screws but it felt like I was forcing it to be opened. Suggestions please. Thank you.
