Good afternoon, All I need is an operator's manua...

Good afternoon, All I need is an operator's manual for the remote control for the Hitachi cooling unit in our insectary. I cannot crawl up the side of the wall to get the pertinent details (no binoculars on site either) but the remote control is definitely RAR-2P2, and it is for this I would like a manual on the settings. 0 what setting do i have this on for heat, every setting seems to blow out cold air or takes like 20 minutes to get warm, do i need new one , manual would help, freezing my ass off
