My sh5598 dual bright light does not come on. I in...

My sh5598 dual bright light does not come on. I installed two months ago and the motion sensor worked fine. About two weeks ago we noticed it was no longer turning on. It seems to have power - the red led flashes when we move near it. Light does not come on in test mode nor any setting. Ideas?
