My Model SH-5105 has not worked during the entire ...

My Model SH-5105 has not worked during the entire winter. I wiped out the sockets, and and turned off Dual Brite Timer. It still would not come on. I tested the lights by the manual directions and the lights works. Waited till dark and it still did not work. I believe the red light does not come on. What's next??
