If the flashing red light in the sensor of a model 5430-A is not blinking & lights (new bulbs) do not go on by motion, how do I troubleshoot the problem? The unit is hard wired into a box in the garage (30 feet from the detector unit.) There is juice coming out of this box but I don't know how to test if it is live where it enters motion detector. Rick
