2 ITEMS TO ADDRESS. I NEED 2 BATTERIES CR1220, WHERE CAN I FIND? THERE IS A WHITE GASKET AROUND THE DOORBELL BUTTON THAT HAS BUBBLED BADLY, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS? IT LOOKS HORRIBLE, IS IT COVERED UNDER 5 YR WARRNTY?
