Question About Hearth and Home Technologies Indoor Fireplace GRL-700-AU
starting fireplace...

We have moved into a home with a gas fireplace. I can get the pilot to light by pressing in the off, even after 3 min when turned to pilot it goes out. The times I have gotten it to stay on I was unable to get the burner to come on. Suggestions.
