How does the pilot work? I managed to get the pilot lit, but every time I turn the valve to the on position, the flame goes out. When I turn the valve to the off position, the flame keeps burning, and I am able to turn the fireplace on. Something doesn't seem right. Once the pilot is lit, do you turn it clockwise or counter clockwise to the on position?
