I have a harman dvc 500 that has been only used for 4 years. This is the 5th year. As it is running out of know where the ash out starts to come on. Then goes back to normal. As I try to put it on ash out manually it will not kick on to work at all. If you are aware of this issue and can help me I would appreciate it, thanks.
