circuit schematic for model 03358...

need a circuit schematic of the charging board, as the battery doesnt charge more than 5 volts, the wall charger puts out respectible voltage, so there must be a component on the charging board that is defective, please email a circuit schematic pdf file to my email address: uhams2@yahoo.com, Thanks
