Tighten this fawcett...

I installed this too loosely. How do I take it apart to tighten mounting to the counter top?

5 I had the same problem. I called Grohe Tec. at 630-582-7711 and they told me to grasp the neck of the faucet with two hands and give a jerk. I did that and the neck came right off. There are two flats on eather side of the tube. Use a cresent wrench or a 22mm wrench to tighten it to the deck. I had my water and the pull out already out but I think you can probably do it without all that. good luck. pw

0 Thanks a milliion for your reply. It was so simple and I've been putting up witht this loose fawcett for over a year. 2 minutes to find the wrench 1 minute to fix 2 of them! Thanks again - and why isn't this in the installation instructions?
