There is a small leak of the cold water connection inside the swivel tower. How do you separate the swivel tower HOUSING from the bundle of water lines inside?

0 water continues to run after turned off, tightened down, helped some but, continues to leak/ drip. If you think we need a new cartridge, where do I get the part? purchased from Home depot Expo in Dallas, texas.
