Kitchen Faucet Identification...

I cannot identify the manufacturer of this kitchen faucet. A112.18.1M, and the name "Greens", appears on the back. The spout is seized up and I need to contact the manufacturer for warranty options. Google has come up with Hans Grohe as the manufacturer, but I'm still not convinced. This three year old faucet is not on their site.

0 I believe this is the R77V3 by Rohl. I have this faucet on display in our showroom and from what I can see it is a perfect match. If you need assistance getting parts please let me know. Kristina Hardware Bath & More 800.760.3278

0 Thanks for the info. That's the one! There are absolutely no manufacturer markings on the product to lead me to Rohl. I've contacted them directly to help solve my problem.
