Question About Hampton Bay Fan ac-527
need manual please...

I am having a very hard time changing my bulb. I have never had this hard a time with any other ceiling fan. I am wondering if i am doing it wrong. A manual would help me tremendously. I think I may have unloosened the wiring or something b/c i cant get light or fan on now.
